Booking Terms

Reservations

• 50% deposit secures your tour (or you may pay in full if you prefer).
• Final payment is due 30 days before your tour date.
• Late bookings (made within 30 days of the tour) require full payment.
• A confirmation will be sent immediately upon payment.
• Hotel accommodations, vehicles and other services are subject to availability.

Cancellations

The following refund schedule applies based on when the cancellation is received prior to arrival:

• 30+ days before arrival: 80% refund (20% admin fee)
• 16–29 days before arrival: 50% refund
• 15 days or less before arrival: Non-refundable
• No-shows: Non-refundable — travel insurance covers most circumstances

Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in the quoted price. We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain appropriate coverage prior to departure.

Our Commitment

We promise to deliver the high-quality, professional service described in our programs. However, we cannot be held responsible for:

• Lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings
• Injuries or illnesses during tours (travel insurance covers this)
• Delays or cancellations by airlines, ferry services, or road closures
• Strikes, civil unrest, or natural events beyond our control
