Reservations and Payment

A tour or service will be considered booked only after a deposit of 50% or full payment is received.
Balance of payment is due at least 30 days prior to arrival for advanced reservations.
Reservations received 30 days or less prior to arrival require full payment. Hotel accommodations, vehicles and others are subject to availability.

Cancellations

Cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a 20% of the total amount.
Cancellations received 29 to 16 days prior to arrival, a 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
Cancellations received 15 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. No shows are non-refundable.

Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in the quoted price.

Responsibilities

Maya Temple Tours is committed to adhere and provide professional and quality service offered mentioned in all our itineraries.
Maya Temple Tours is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of luggage or personal property, injury, accidents or illnesses while providing the services.
Maya Temple Tours is not responsible for any cancellations or delays in airline flights or ferry boats, or any cancellations or delays caused by road closures, strikes, riots or any natural events that can interfere with the service.

All tour rates are per person.
Children 0-5 free; children 6-11 pay 50% of rate.
